Few Ways to Invite Visitors and Increase Your Blog’s Traffic
Goolge.com AdSense for Content works in two ways: ad impressions and ad clicks. AdSense ads are determined by the content of a particular website or blog. There are many ads competing for space on websites. Google.com rotates ads so ads won’t look stale. However, frequently clicked ads will often appear. Displaying ads is called ad impression. We don’t really earn with just ad impression. We need ad clicks. We need our visitors to click on the ads. But the first problem still persuades—getting visitors in the first place.
1. The first way to invite visitors or increase traffic to our blog is thru search engine submissions. It’s free and easy—but it doesn’t guarantee our blog being listed. Search engines use web crawlers to review websites and determine if it’s viable for listing. That is, our success with search engines depends on our blog’s content.
2. Another way to increase traffic to our blog is with BlogExplosion.com. BlogExpolosion.com does work but it has an inherent problem—it does not guarantee click through. Unless we really have good content, our blog may not get good earnings with BlogExplosion.com. In this case, we must make sure our content is just right to have “chance visitor” stop and consider our content—and our AdSense ads.
3. Another good idea is posting about our blog on web forums. A good web forum to consider should have a good number of members and is frequently updated. Frequently updated forums mean members are regularly visiting the forum. A better chance of finding that “chance visitor” who actually clicks on our AdSense ads.
4. Probably the best way is through relatives and friends. They should always be our first visitors.
I did no. 1 but haven’t got listed. I’m doing no. 2 and had visitors. I recently did no. 3 and I hope it would increase visitors.
